Volunteer Activities

Relay For Life: 
I assisted with the set up and clean up of my hometown's Relay For Life every June. I provided photography services for this event and then made them accessible on social media for community to view.

Restoration Weekend at my church:
I volunteered to help my church with something they call Laundry Love. I went with my family to a laundry mat in my hometown and we would help pay for the people who came in to do their laundry. It was so much more than just paying for their laundry though. We made connections, and passed out snacks and really tried to make their day.

Philanthropy Group at BGSU:
When I attended BGSU, I joined a club that really focused on philanthropy. I helped with several events throughout the year. A favorite event of mine that we hosted was when students could come and write a letter to someone they are thankful for and then we mailed it for them.
